I understand that Master Gardeners are required to do a certain number of volunteer hours to be certified. My church is in the 2nd year of funding and maintaining a vegetable garden at a homeless shelter for women and children. We need help. How could I find out if any Master Gardeners would be interested in coming out to our garden in Smyrna and helping out?

Sounds like a terrific program you’re running.
The Master Gardener program is run through the UGA Extension Service so I think if you contact Cobb County Extension Service they can assist you.
