Gibbs Gardens Master Gardener Day

Gibbs Gardens will be in full daffodil bloom this month.  Please join other Master Gardeners on Wednesday, 27th March – Master Gardener Day at Gibbs Gardens.  Mr. Jim Gibbs will speak to the master gardeners at noon on his 25 year vision, the gardens development and plans for future opportunities.  Your District Director or Ed  Nowak edvisor@aol.com can provide all the details on this wonderful field trip. Purchase discount tickets online using the GMGA code:  gmg2013.

DETAILS: The Gardens are open 9 – 5 p.m.  Come at your convenience. If you will be at the gardens for lunch, consider purchasing lunch and joining the group for a talk by Jim Gibbs at noon in the large tent area; pre-ordered lunch will be delivered to the tent. There will be a GMGA sign in table where you can pay for your pre ordered lunch sandwich and drink (menu available soon). CASH ONLY for lunch. NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED. There are tables and chairs in the tent so you may want to nominate someone to stake out your table. Cherokee County Master Gardeners and Gibbs Gardens employees will assist in the garden walk tour.
WHAT TO BRING: CASH for lunch.  Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.

RESERVATIONS: Carpool groups are encouraged, so please plan ahead. Reservations are not required, but please let me know so I can give them an estimate of how many people to expect. RSVP to ——–          or Ed Nowak  edvisor@aol.com
