Susie Medina, Banks County Extension Coordinator, will give a discussion and demo of water-bath canning, and answer your questions. Canning safety and how-to tips for success will be included. Canning safety flyers will be available to take home. There will be a drawing for door prizes too! “Price” of admission: Bring non-perishable food items as a donation to the Food Bank (such as: 1-2 canned goods, or 1-2 boxes of mac and cheese, cereal, or similar, per person).
