In his position as the Manager of International Plant Exploration at the Atlanta Botanical Garden (ABG), Scott has made nearly 30 overseas trips to scout and collect plants for ABG, traveling to China, Vietnam, India, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Bhutan and Mexico. Scott will share his experiences in a presentation that will highlight his extraordinary career. GCMGA meets on the third Monday of each month at The Bethesda Senior Center, 225 Bethesda Church Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30044. The event is free and open to the public.
