Lumpkin County Parks & Recreation, 365 Riley Road, Dahlonega. Save time and structure your garden to rebloom every year by using perennials. Horticulturist Suzanne Russell will speak on the use of perennial plants at the September Georgia Mountains Master Gardeners’ education presentation. Russell, who lives in Dawsonville has a background in landscape design and champions using perennials that come back every Spring, attract pollinators and typically require less maintenance.
