Sam Landes, from the Mushroom Club of Georgia, will lead an informative workshop on how to grow oyster mushrooms in bags of inoculated substrate. He will also share techniques for successful oyster mushroom cultivation. The cost for this program is $7 - which includes a take-home oyster mushroom bag.
