Erica/s first book was "Grave Landscapes" a project conceived by her mentor and garden historian Jim Cothran. In 2019, the book was awarded the John Brinckerhoff Jackson Book Prize by the Foundation for Landscape Studies for its significant contributions to the study and understanding of garden history and landscape studies.
