Loi Laing is a Certified Square Foot Gardening Instructor who grew up on a farm in Jamaica, surrounded by fruits, vegetables, fresh herbs, and flowers. She spent much of her younger life working between her parents' two businesses: a farm store and catering company. Although her professional journey led to careers in law, education, and technology she always longed to literally get back to her roots. A recent transplant to Georgia, in 2021 Loi purchased an 8-acre property in Newnan and has been working to create an educational farm.
