Thursday-Friday 4-6 pm; Saturday, 9 am–noon. Lanier Center, free. THREE DAYS of plant-shopping among 150+ plant species native to Georgia is happening behind-the-scenes at the Mimsie Lanier Center for Native Plant Studies, State Botanical Garden of Georgia. These are plants chosen for their hardiness, beauty, and value to pollinators. Native plant experts can guide your selections and inspire you to try new species. All of our plants are grown here at the garden, the majority from locally collected seeds, and all without harmful chemicals. Find plants that support Georgia’s birds and insects. Proceeds support the center’s conservation efforts. Details and a plant list will be available in the weeks before the sale at www.botgarden.uga.edu.
