Speaker Trecia Neal, Green Gardens Education & Designs, will teach participants how worms called red wigglers eat food waste and turn it into nutrient rich compost, provide activities on vermicomposting, and help you leave with your own worm bin. You will need to bring newspaper, 1 gallon of water and a 10 gallon storage tote. Please contact DeKalb Master Gardener Association, dekalbgardener@gmail.com to let them know if you plan to make a bin so that there will be enough worms.
